Deployment of the Data Retrieval Finland service

Once the organisation has added the link to the Data Retrieval Finland service’s QA environment to its e-service, the organisation must announce the start of testing in the Teams channel set up by the KEHA Centre.

The e-service must test the Data Retrieval Finland service in accordance with the testing instructions. If there are problems during testing, the KEHA Centre will propose corrections to the e-service. When all tests have been successfully completed, the KEHA Centre will acknowledge in the Teams channel that the Data Retrieval Finland service works as required.

Once the e-service has completed the testing of the Data Retrieval Finland service in the QA environment, the organisation submits a proposals to the KEHA Centre concerning a final date for the transition to production on its Teams channel. The KEHA Centre’s contact person confirms the date, provides a link to the production environment of the Data Retrieval Finland service and reserves development personnel to ensure a smooth transition to production.

When the organisation has added a link to the production environment to its e-service, the organisation must test the Data Retrieval Finland service in accordance with the testing instructions. During production testing, the KEHA Centre checks that all functionalities work as intended between the Data Retrieval Finland service and the e-service. Finally, the KEHA Centre acknowledges the successful transition to production in the organisation’s Teams channel, and end users can start using the service.

When the link of the Data Retrieval Finland service works as it should, take care that the user understands where he is going to move and what he should consider after the informations is retrieved from the register.

Om de bilagor du behöver har beviljats i ett annat EU- eller EES-stat kan du om du vill söka dem direkt hos myndigheterna i tjänsten Sökning av Uppgifter Finland.

När du har granskat bilagan i förhandsgranskningstjänsten kan du besluta om du vill förmedla den till e-tjänsten. 

Observera dock att även om tjänsten Sökning av Uppgifter Finland ger en kvittering på ansökan om bilaga ska du gå tillbaka till denna blankett och skicka ansökningsblanketten även till (ansvarig organisation) för att säkerställa behandlingen av din ansökan.

EN: Search for the attachments you need online 
If the attachments you need have been granted in another EU or EEA Member State, you can retrieve them directly from the authorities in the Data Retrieval Finland service. 

Once you have checked the attachment in the preview service, you can decide whether you want to forward it to the e-service. 

Please note that even if the Data Retrieval Finland service acknowledges the search for the attachment, you must return to this form and also send the application form to (competent authority) to ensure that the processing of your application is confirmed.
